The Flagship Concept

The Beginning of a New Era

In 2005, we launched Spirit—the world’s first luxury wavepiercer superyacht. With exterior styling and interior design by Ken Freivokh and construction by New Zealand Yachts.

Today, we return to that legacy with a new concept—drawing from the DNA of Spirit, but engineered for a new generation of buyer seeking performance, sustainability and beauty.

A Vision, Not a Vessel

This concept presents the foundation of what could become your next yacht:

  • A proprietary wavepiercer platform for fuel efficiency, range, and comfort

  • Advanced composite construction for weight reduction and strength

  • Sculptural styling designed to be timeless, not trendy

  • Interior layouts imagined around modern living, privacy, and the art of entertaining

It represents the balance of elegance and innovation we offer—crafted one time, for one owner.

Suggested Lifestyle Configuration

Though every commission is bespoke, this concept illustrates what a 40–45 metre wavepiercer might deliver:

  • Full-beam main saloon and formal dining on the main deck

  • A forward-facing owner’s suite with panoramic views and private terrace

  • Guest cabins elevated above engine spaces for natural light and quiet

  • Generous aft lounge and open sundeck with spa or plunge pool

  • Water-level terraces or convertible beach club zones

  • Crew quarters and operations discreetly integrated into one hull for separation and service

Every zone is intentional. Every line, purposeful.

Beyond Convention: The Spirit Advantage

Unlike typical monohulls or catamarans where guest suites are confined to tight quarters below the waterline, the Spirit Line redefines luxury living. Guest accommodations are always positioned on the main deck or higher—well above the waterline, forward of entertainment spaces, and far removed from the engine rooms, which are located a full deck lower in the stern of each hull. The result? Expansive, quiet, light-filled spaces that offer views, privacy, and calm—no compromise required.

Guest Experience Reimagined

Forget water-level beach clubs or trend-driven terraces. The Spirit Line offers something far more functional and elegant: a large, submersible hydraulic platform. When deployed, it becomes a dynamic space for “feet-in-the-water” dining, lounging, scuba excursions, or as a safe children’s swim area. When raised, it transforms into an expansive extension of the main deck for dining and entertaining. The platform also houses a central passerelle, serving as a docking station for tenders and toys—or as a sleek solution for Mediterranean stern-to mooring.

Future models will integrate toy and tender storage within the elevated central hull—allowing seamless launch and retrieval via the hydraulic platform, without sacrificing guest deck space. Every detail reflects our belief: true luxury is intelligent.

Platform Versatility & Toys

Crew movement is carefully considered as well: thoughtful circulation paths allow staff to move discreetly around and across the vessel without passing through guest spaces.

Seamless Service

Each hull in the Spirit platform carries duplicate power systems, offering an unprecedented level of redundancy and security. In the rare event of damage to one hull, the other remains fully operational—powering the vessel to safety with ease.
