We are only as good as our last job!

Our reputation is only as good as our last successfull yacht service and for that reason we all strive for client satisfaction in everything we do. Below is a sample of referrals we have received from previous clients.

The pool of trades people used at New Zealand Yachts was more than adequate for a projedct of this size and the quality of workmanship was very high.

The yard and its management were very accomodationg they pulled out all the stops to ensure some very tight deadlines were met and the vessel was launched on time.

I would have no hesitation in reccomending New Zealand Yachts to any yacht looking for a shipyard or haul out facility in this part of the world.

Hi Brent
As requested, some feedback on our haul out in NZ. In a nutshell, everything that you did has been a success. We did have a slight problem with the anti foul, but after Ally suggested giving it a good rubdown to get rid of any 'film' stopping the anti foul working, it has definitely improved. We are having to give it a wipe every month or so, but I think it will hold out until our haul out in San Diego at the end of June.

We do not have one problem with the stanchion or chain plate repair. Interestingly enough though, the same problem that caused issues at the stanchions, is now becoming evident around the port exhaust and a number of the portlights. The boarding platform and dive ladder are 100% successful. The sealing of the transom lockers have not leaked at all. The teak work is also holding out well.

The strong points are good, with no leaks through the deck at all.

The 2 winches have not given a moment's trouble (touch wood!).

No problems with the a/c unit at all. However, we have not used it very much at all.

The wing deck hull join repair is still intact.

All the woodwork jobs in the boat - no complaints at all.

The generator exhaust - no complaints at all. Pleased to note there has been no blistering around the new gen exhaust area. One small negative here, is that the actual stainless exit fitting for that exhaust is surface rusting, no matter how much it is cleaned and polished.

All the electrical changes have worked well, and haven't missed a beat. All in all, you did a superb job and I would not hesitate in recommending NZ Yachts and yourself to any other boat.
